Joe Licata brings 25 years of executive leadership experience with Global multibillion-dollar telecommunications and information technology corporations to his position as President & CEO at SER Solutions, Inc. His responsibilities include providing leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry, setting strategic corporate direction to advance the company's mission and objectives, and promoting revenue, profitability and growth. He also oversees company operations to ensure innovative contact center technologies, efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Previously, Joe served as President of Siemens Enterprise Networks, LLC. In this position, Joe directed all Siemens Enterprise Networks activities and was responsible for strengthening Siemens position as an IP convergence leader in the U.S. enterprise communications market.

Prior to joining Siemens, Joe held various executive level positions at ROLM Corporation and IBM. He serves on the Advisory Board with DAVE Networks, nexVortex, Inc., and Georgia Tech University - College of Computing.
