With more than 20 years of technical development and managerial experience, Larry Mark leads the company's strategic planning and technology direction initiatives.

Previously, Larry was Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of VorTecs Incorporated which was acquired by SER Solutions, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a Technical Director for EIS International, Inc. where he provided technical direction for various product lines and innovative design and development of solutions that established new revenue streams for the company. Larry was a key contributor to many interdepartmental task forces focusing on product direction, strategic sales opportunities and long-term corporate strategy. He has also held various positions in the area of real-time application development and systems analysis.
