Mark Rooney brings over 20 years of leadership experience in service, delivery, and professional services to his position of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations at SER Solutions, Inc. Mark oversees our customer operations including implementation, support, professional services and client education services.

Previously, he was Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service at Aspect Software. While at Aspect, Mark had global responsibility for service delivery and customer satisfaction managing a team of 428 employees to include 7 directors, 6 regions, and 6 international contact centers. During his tenure, Aspect achieved a 12% improvement in customer satisfaction, while reducing expenses by 9%. Prior to Aspect, Mark spent 14 years with Nortel holding numerous executive leadership positions in customer operations.
