Leveraging more than 15 years of experience in strategy, marketing, and operations, Scott Wielar oversees SER’s marketing and business development operations. In this role, he drives the marketing and product strategy of SER's solutions and services and manages the company's new business and strategic alliance channel partnership programs—all in support of the company's long-term business growth objectives.

Previously, Scott held various senior level positions at Capital One. Most recently, he was a Senior Director responsible for integrated marketing launch and channel expansion activities. Prior to joining Capital One, he served as a strategy and operations consultant with Bain & Company, Deloitte & Touche, and Arthur Andersen.
