CPS Courses
- CPS Operations and Administration
- Type: Classroom
The CPS Operations and Administration course is designed for administrators who will be supporting the product. The course presents an orientation to the hardware and software for inbound, outbound and collection dialing. It provides an introduction to retrieving data, starting Sessions, processing calls, managing Sessions, Worklists, CallBases, and generation of standard reports and statistics. Details for creating databases and tables, controlling access, and managing data flow will also be covered.
Pre-requisites
Students should have moderate data processing experience, general knowledge of contact center operations, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and PC operation.
- CPS ScriptMaker
- Type: Classroom
The CPS ScriptMaker course is designed for system administrators who will be working with creating and maintaining the scripting interface. The course presents an orientation from an overview of scripting and navigation techniques to a detailed creation of a script.
- CPS WebAgent Scripting with VisualScriptor
- Type: Classroom
The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to the WebAgent Scripting capabilities of the Call Processing System (CPS), which has been briefly discussed in the CPS Operations and Administration Course. This course is intended to teach the WebAgent Scripting Administrator how to write, activate and debug WebAgent scripts using VisualScriptor. It is also intended to demonstrate some of the possibilities achieved with WebAgent scripting in CPS, and to demonstrate to the programmer, where to find the needed tools to write powerful and useful scripts.
Pre-Requisites
Students should have call center knowledge, familiarity with the Windows environment and basic programming skills. Experience programming in Dreamweaver, JavaScript, XML or HTML is highly desired.
Students are strongly encouraged to attend the Operations and Administration course prior to taking this class as it will familiarize them with the entire application within which the VisualScriptor application operates.
- TSP500 Spare Replacement
- Type: Classroom
[This course is offered only to those customers who have purchased TSP500 spares kits. Spares kit purchase is a prerequisite for registration confirmation.]
Through lecture, discussion and hands-on experiences, students will learn when and how to replace TSP500 spares kit components. This training will establish the functionality which will then allow SER to access the TSP500 system to complete the configuration and achieve system certification.
